Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Postifys, a web-based service for connecting social media accounts and managing authorized publishing workflows.
Use of the service
You may use Postifys only for accounts, Pages, profiles, and content you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms, developer policies, content rules, and rate limits.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Postifys may require email verification before access is granted.
Connected platforms
Postifys connects to platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok through official OAuth and API flows. We only perform platform actions after authorization by the account owner or an approved user. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, developer policies, community guidelines, intellectual-property rules, and privacy policy. Platform access may be limited, suspended, or changed by the platform provider.
TikTok Direct Post
If you connect TikTok and use Direct Post, you authorize Postifys to obtain your basic TikTok profile information and current creator posting options and to submit the video, caption, privacy level, and interaction settings you confirm. You must review the selected creator and post settings before confirming publication. Postifys will not intentionally initiate a Direct Post without your express confirmation or an authorized workflow instruction.
If you choose Send as Draft, you authorize Postifys to upload the selected video to your TikTok inbox. You must open TikTok to edit and complete publication of that draft. The choice between Direct Post and Draft is made for each publishing request.
TikTok may process, reject, moderate, restrict, delay, or remove a submission. Postifys does not guarantee that TikTok will accept a post, make it publicly visible, retain it, or provide a particular level of reach. You may disconnect Postifys or revoke its TikTok access at any time.
Publishing and automation
You are responsible for content submitted through Postifys, including captions, media URLs, scheduling settings, privacy choices, interaction settings, and selected destinations. You represent that you own or have all permissions necessary to upload, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish that content, including music, images, likenesses, trademarks, and other third-party material.
You must not use Postifys for spam, impersonation, deceptive or fraudulent activity, harassment, unlawful or infringing content, malicious software, unauthorized surveillance, artificial engagement, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards, reviews, rate limits, or access controls.
Automations and API access
You are responsible for workflows, API keys, schedules, and people authorized to act through your Postifys account. An action submitted with your credentials or by your authorized workflow is treated as your instruction. You must secure API keys, promptly revoke compromised credentials, and use confirmation controls appropriate to the publishing action.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Postifys and disconnect social accounts at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
Availability
We work to keep Postifys reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. API changes, platform review status, rate limits, hosting issues, or maintenance may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
Postifys is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, account restrictions, or failed publishing caused by third-party platform changes or user configuration errors.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs arising from content you submit, your misuse of Postifys, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Governing terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of Postifys.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Postifys after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
