Use case

Social Publishing for Agencies

Connect client Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts once, then publish through Postifys dashboard, API, or n8n with clear status and retries.

Audience

Who this is for

Agencies and operators managing multiple brand or client social accounts.

Problem

What breaks without a publishing layer

Publishing the same approved asset across networks usually means separate logins, inconsistent status tracking, and unclear failures when a platform rejects media or permissions.

Workflow

How teams use Postifys

  1. Connect only the approved client accounts needed for the campaign.
  2. Publish from the dashboard for operator-led work, or from API/n8n for scheduled pipelines.
  3. Review Post History when a network rejects or delays a post, then retry with corrected media or permissions.
  4. Disconnect accounts when a client engagement ends and revoke access on the platform side.

Limitations: Account types still matter: Instagram needs professional accounts, LinkedIn currently targets member profiles, and TikTok uses creator-inbox upload rather than Direct Post.

Start with one connected profile

Create an account, connect an approved destination, and publish through the surface that matches your workflow.
